Leah joined Birketts in 2006. She is a solicitor in our corporate department.
Leah has a broad range of commercial, corporate and insolvency experience. Leah regularly advises on a range of company and corporate governance issues as well as negotiating various types of commercial contracts, partnership agreements and shareholders agreements. Leah also has particular experience in advising on data protection, freedom of information and bribery legislation compliance.

Leah read law at the University of Essex. She trained with Birketts and joined the corporate team in Ipswich upon qualification in 2008.
