Experience
Daden trained with Wollastons (prior to its merger with Birketts) and qualified into the dispute resolution team in 2002. He became a partner in 2011.
Daden specialises in all aspects of commercial dispute resolution. He has experience in disputes arising out of mergers and acquisitions, shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, corporate and personal insolvency, trading disputes, claims arising from professional negligence and in contested probate matters. Daden also advises clients of risk management and dispute avoidance. His clients come from a wide range of business sectors both nationally and internationally.
Daden also has a wide experience of all forms of alternative dispute resolution, particularly mediation, and is a strong advocate of the potential benefits of ADR.

Daden is a member of the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association and is currently President of the Mid Essex Law Society.
