Richard joined Wollastons in 2009 as a trainee and qualified into our corporate and commercial department in Chelmsford in 2011.
Richard has acted on a wide variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and general corporate governance issues, as well as the full range of commercial matters, such as agency, distribution, franchising and the licensing and exploitation of intellectual property rights.
Other Information
Richard studied Law with European Legal Systems at the University of East Anglia and as part of that course, spent a year studying European and International law in Leuven, Belgium.
